Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ALOHAS pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a different size through our instant exchange option.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original box, print the provided prepaid shipping label, and attach it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
